For the 2025–2026 school year, we’re focused on where the need is greatest: high school (grades 9–12). If there's enough interest, we may open a middle school cohort (grades 6–8) as well. Let us know your needs through the form!

Hi-Lite Academy is located on Plant Street in the heart of downtown Winter Garden. We’re right alongside the West Orange Trail and just steps away from the Winter Garden Library, local shops, restaurants, and small businesses — all of which become part of our extended classroom.

5. Once accepted, you’ll receive onboarding details and an official welcome to the Hi-Lite Academy community.

*Didn’t get accepted? That’s okay — we still offer a range of other transformative programs for teens, including group coaching, private mentorship, life skills intensives, and interactive workshops.

We don't "teach at" students — we learn with them. We don’t use standardized testing or pressure students beyond their developmental readiness. Instead, we build confidence through hands-on experiences, collaboration, and meaningful challenges tailored to their growth. Every student is seen, known, and valued — and that changes everything.

Hi-Lite Academy is a daytime enrichment program designed to complement homeschooling or hybrid learning. We offer 5-day, 3-day, and 2-day attendance options to meet your family's needs while still delivering an impactful, whole-student experience.

Hi-Lite Academy is not a diploma-granting institution. We are a private enrichment academy that works alongside your chosen homeschool curriculum or umbrella school. Most of our families file as homeschoolers or partner with an accredited online program for transcripts. We’ll support you in navigating those choices to meet your goals.

No two days are exactly alike — and that’s the point. However, every day includes hands-on learning, real-world skill building, creative exploration, personal growth time, and community engagement. We also have weekly excursions, guest speakers, and passion-based learning projects that bring our curriculum to life.

Tuition for the 5-day program is $1,200/month. We also offer 2- and 3-day options at reduced rates. Need-based scholarships and payment plans are available — we want to work with families who share our vision, not just those who can afford it outright.

Our team is made up of certified teachers, life coaches, entrepreneurs, youth mentors, and passionate subject experts — we are not traditional teachers stuck to a script. What they all have in common is real-world experience, youth development training, and a shared mission to prepare teens for life beyond the classroom.

We focus on what traditional schools often miss: executive functioning, entrepreneurship, public speaking, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and life skills. While we don’t teach core academics like math or science directly, our program encourages students to apply those subjects in real-life ways. We work with your homeschool goals to ensure your teen stays on track. For OCVS/FLVS students we offer time in the day to work on their virtual learning through early drop off and late pick up with tutoring services available on-site.
